Worth the deal but can be improved.
Liked Location is very convenient, adequate facility for family of 5.
Disliked Hope the bathroom door can be fixed, hot shower for master bedroom repaired, toilet flush to repair, and fix faulty switch. My 5 YO kid almost got electrocuted by the faulty bedside switch.
