Disliked the room very dirty.

Liked I called many times to ask for what we needed, but the staff were not around. The number displayed there kept ringing, but nobody answered the calls. So what’s the point of putting the phone number there? Very, very disappointed. On top of that, I still can’t collect back my deposit.
