Not pleasant stay
Liked Only the view of quiet Cyberjaya during weekends.
Disliked We paid RM308.55 for this stay, so we are expecting all advertised services, but faced multiple issues. Apparently we got some refund (but not even half refund). The host and the agent were different person and its was troublesome to contact the host to solve our issues. The issues were: 1. Check-in Delay – Wrong safe box password caused a 1.5-hour delay. We agreed to extend checkout to 1:30 PM. 2. Cleanliness – The unit was not properly cleaned. The duvet got make up stains from previous guests. 3. Wi-Fi Not Working – It was advertised but is unavailable.
