Liked Comfy, clean, quiet and well stocked with washing machine, filter water and full kitchen at your disposal. A little walk from the main stretch which I appreciated in a really friendly neighbourhood. Even the monkeys were chill. Definitely recommend.

Good with rooms of improvement

Liked Near to lots of shops and conveniences.

Disliked AC was not cold enough, downstairs common room floor a bit sandy. Overall still applausable.

Party house half the time

Liked Cheap, good location, laundry, filtered water, fast internet, master suite has big bathroom, top floor has big porch. Best rooms are probably the 2nd floor small rooms due to noise traveling between the 2 large rooms.

Disliked Half the people who stay here act like they rented the whole house. Partying downstairs at 4am. I stayed here for 45 days under different reservations and saw a lot of people come and go. Literally half of them treat it like they rented the whole place rather than a single room. And the owners arent on site, and the people you talk to arent even the owners, just a hands off management company. Its a cheap and nice place to stay until another party group comes and no one told them to behave beforehand.

Bad luck, not for me this one.

Liked Staff were great! Very helpful & happy to help over WhatsApp. Self check in was super easy! Big room & bathroom.

Disliked The bed & pillow were very uncomfortable. There’s 2 street lights which beam through the window all night long making it impossible to sleep. Not the property’s issue. But Batu Ferringhi its self is not great at all. Nothing to do there. The beach is horrible. If you’re a coffee lover … Starbucks will have to do 😂 In my opinion stay in George Town area!!
