Disliked Old school facilities, door knob is broken, door of kitchen cabinet poor...not suitable with price. Tangled electrical wire and not safety for kids. Paid parking RM18/day

A quiet place in hustling Kuala Lumpur

Liked Location was near where we needed to be for medical treatment. It was quiet despite being central of KL. The bedroom was of good size, comfortable and clean.

Disliked Should have informed in the booking that cooking facility need to be requested with a deposit. Could have fixed one of the kitchen cabinet door which has come off the hinge and clean the kitchen drawers. Need to wash the sofa throw/blanket (it was 'smelly') Need to supply adequate toilet roll for the length of stay we booked.

Disliked the door knob was spoiled and not repaired. The pipe was leaking. the room was very smelly. my kids got viral infection after came back from the stay.
