Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was excellent.

Liked We loved everything about this property. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for our family, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Liked the room was very big, it was the only thing good in the property. Facilities were seem good, but I did not use. and there was a supermarket in the building, you can find some urgent things in there.

Disliked cleaning was very bad. once we arrive, we found many hairs on the bed, on the ground. some smell were coming from the sink. there is no towel change and so on, once you arrive if you get 1 towel, you should keep it till the end of your stay. lifts are not comfortable especially during the national holidays. I'm not exaggerating but once we have waited for 15 mins to get into the lift, and it took 10 mins to arrive to the ground floor, and we wasted almost half an hour only to arrive to the main entrance. In addition to all those, they took deposit payment before arrive to the property, and they informed me to return back it within 1-2 days if payment done by credit card, however after 1 week I still could not get any payment. Also, I was getting contact with a agency for the rental of property, after 2 days from my leave, I could not reach them to learn the status of refund of deposit. The agency name "Plush Services", floor 30th .

Disliked one room has a glass door, which is transparent and it is a very small room also, only one bathromm, less privacy overall if you are two couples in two bedrooms

Extremely poor communication and an unacceptable cancellation without my consent. I would not recommend this host.

Liked Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to stay at the property because my booking was cancelled before check-in despite my willingness to proceed.

Disliked I never received the check-in instructions despite contacting the host several times. I called and was told someone would call me back, but no one did. The host then asked me to send my booking confirmation PDF, which I sent immediately, yet I received no response for over 3 hours. With only one hour left before the 3:00 pm check-in, my family had to wait in the car in the hot weather because we had no idea where to go. Despite repeatedly confirming that we still wanted the accommodation, the booking was cancelled without our permission. The communication and customer service were extremely poor and caused unnecessary stress at the start of our trip.
