Eaton Residences KLCC by BHS

Liked ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was the perfect romantic escape! The suite was clean, cozy, and had stunning city views — especially at night from the infinity pool. Mr. Osman even arranged a few small extras to make our honeymoon special, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Would definitely come back for an anniversary trip!

Pleasant

Liked The building is super nice, excellent pool at the rooftop and great views from there. Clean and well packed gym.

Disliked The room wasn't neat clean as you should expect when arriving to a rental apartment (some humidity molds in the bathroom, dust below the bed), the iron table was with holes in the covering fabric and the iron had some dirt in it (didn't noticed about it and when I ironed my shirt it got stained). Also, I ordered 2 weeks in advance of our arrival to have an early check in, as we were arriving to KL at 8am and the check-in was at 3pm. The early check petition was approved but the day before our arrival it was refused as they mentioned that they didn't had apartments available for the check in until 3pm. Even though they helped us with letting us leave our luggage in a room until the time for check in, because of this change our plans for the first day were totally changed.

Friendly Host MR. OSMAN

Perfect Business Stay with a View.

Liked Stayed here during a short work trip. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had fast Wi-Fi – everything I needed to get work done comfortably. The infinity pool with KL skyline views was a great way to unwind after meetings. Mr. Osman was responsive and made check-in super easy. Great location near KLCC and MRT. Will definitely stay again!

Great Host MR. Osman

Liked A big shoutout to Mr. Osman, the host – he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions and fast communication. It really made our stay smooth and stress-free.

Amazing View

Liked We stayed as a family of four and loved everything! The apartment had plenty of space, a washer/dryer, and a small kitchen – super convenient with kids. The pool view was a hit, and the area felt safe and quiet. Mr. Osman made everything easy with clear check-in instructions. Great location near malls and parks. Would book again!
