Eaton Residence KLCC

Liked Great location, incredible view from roof pool.

Disliked Water in the pool should be cleaner

Good location in KLcc

Liked Very responsive host. Friendly Good location, walking distance to Bukit bintang and KLCC

Disliked Very busy lifts. Always packed and stopping at every floor.

Great location, great views, great customer service, great value for money

Liked Great location, great views (from the rooms, gym and pool, absolutely fantastic customer service, spacious interior

Disliked If you take a closer look around the room you can notice certain imperfections - moisture collecting in the bathroom corners, silicone caulk applied without attention to detail etc. The rooms are great and spacious but such details strip away the potential “cherry on top” impression But as I said it’s just an unimportant detail noticeable by few, otherwise the hotel is great :)

Great stay! Will definitely come again. 😊

Liked Very clean, comfortable and great location

Disliked Nothing, everything was good
