Liked My family and I were happy staying in Dwell by Palanquinn for Thaipusam. The room was clean and had all facilities. The customer service was good. The PIC was friendly. Thank you very much.
Liked Nice peranakan style room. Simple for 1 night stay. Walking distance to eateries and shopping malls. Owner was kind enough to allow us to place our baggages at common area after checkout as our flight was in the late evening. It will be fun to get the entire house for family stay
Liked Was rather disappointed by the basic room though it was very clean and equipped with a nice TV and DvD player. Kelvin the owner was extremely helpful and charming and I really loved the area. The street is charming and just round the corner from the bus stop to town (only 25p) as well as the hawkers market, the sea and the smart Gurney Drive with 2 large malls including cinemas. A very interesting part of town where few Westerners seem to venture. Good value if you want somewhere simple and interesting
Liked scores highly on location,heritage and accessibility. Staying here is like returning home to a typical colonial style home. The manager is delightful and helpful.
