Liked Ease of checking in. Quiet area and faraway from the noise. I wasn't going to the beaches, so my ratings differs.

Disliked Water Heater would be ideal for the cooler and rainy season.

Not a good place for a family with small children.

Liked If you are looking for a place just to change clothes and sleep, this the place. Perhaps the host can do some upgrading to ensure the business is moving.

Disliked There is no water heater, water has slow pressure, not enough tools to cook. The house is dusty. Not suitable for a family who has small children.
