DUTA HOTEL

i will not select this hotel if i have others option.

Liked location is ok, near with my task location.

Disliked staff not even smile when im arrive, room didn't have a single window/glass with poor/old aircond, i sleep without shirt event the aircond is on 16⁰.

Liked Clean and everything works. Compact

Disliked Cigarette smell and the room has no windows. In the middle of nowhere. Thin wall.

Disliked The space is too small, difficult to us muslim to prayer

Liked Staff was friendly and helpful. Toilet clean and we'll kept

Disliked For standard queen room, doesn't come with toothpaste and brush. You have to prepare you own. For me, I only can buy at recep with a exp price. And the open closing doors for other room came noisy at night
