Great Location and Good Service.
Liked Location and the staff service. This is my 7th visit and stay in the hotel and there is consistency on the front desk service.
Disliked The Zest Restaurant morning breakfast continued to face the same issue, lack of experience staff to manage the overall station and the presentation of the food. Last visit that I have highlighted about the high presence of teaching students/interns at the stations and it is still the same. Interns is likely not the issue, it is about supervision and training. I noticed a few suited supervisors hanging around the restaurant but wondering what is their role? Hopefully Dusit really looked into this issue, before it deteriorate further on the service level.

Liked Location and services. Rooms well kept.
Disliked The Zest Breakfast buffet line. Obvious lack to experience staff at the stations and the food presentation is lacking eg the greens station was really in a mess.
