No helpful staff there self service from beginning to final

Liked So far my family really like this hotel we enjoy it But b4 u enter the room they will give you a task that u must go by yr own for the 1 floor to take the key (Highlight is here) Whatever u all doing make sure take video or photo Like once u open the mailbox take pic n send to the admin that u get this many key oni After enter the room please check is there any broken items or not Coz I mistaken which I do was didnt take the pic when I open the mailbox to take my keys I book 2 hotel total key I get was oni 4keys Once I check out I have left the place more than 1 hour plus they text me I inform they provide 5 keys n now 1 car park key is missing So I fight back coz our deposit money is with them I ask my father to go back n check once he go back he text me my father put at different locker The logic think is everything got lock with password how could he can open So please be careful with that And. The security is the worst part for me Nobody helping us Once I shout at him thn oni he help me that also he say u go straight go down n go left the mailbox is there That part was very disappointed No helpful staff there Everything by yr self service Please take note on t

Disliked Washing Machine cannot use , microwave broken , urinal in the toilet very smelly, shower head upstairs got problem also , main door hard to lock & open

Thanks to the very helpful property management to make my 4 nights stay pleasant in another apartment.

Liked Interesting duplex setup.

Disliked I booked the smaller unit. Checked in late and was disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Lots of wear and tear, ceiling fan and ceiling light is not working, downstairs water heater is not working with very low water pressure. Upstairs shower water pressure works well, unfortunately drainage is very bad. The room has no window. Aircond in the room downstair is not cold, definitely need servicing. I was quite stressed with this unit. Fortunately, the property management staff is very helpful and managed to switch my booking to another apartment the next day which is so much better. I have stayed in other apartments in Penang during holiday, the condition and facilities are much better with the same price as this unit. Suggest the owner invest in fixing this unit if want to continue renting out with the market price.

Liked Good location and easy to find Laundry Self Service and Restaurant. Nice sea view.

Disliked Everything is good but If provide washing machine and dryer will be more perfect.
