Bad bad bad . I am an avid traveller and I haven't seen anything like this.

Liked The keys were not there at 3.00pm and I had a picture. I had to make two calls where the service was outsourced toanother company. Strangely she said after a few minutes that the key was there. By then I had cancelled my booking. I wrote several time to bookings.com to get back my money. Bad service. No reply.

Disliked Nothing as I didn't stay. I stayed here two years and it was fab but now it is simply ruined.

Enjoyable stay!

Liked The house was amazing. Near a lot of amenities and within walking distance.

Disliked No free parking provided. The owner should consider providing parking for customers.

Liked Location is good. The unit had basic necessities.

Disliked The unit needs some maintenance, the bidet was leaking. Some lights weren't working.

Disliked I cannot recommend this property. I arrived following the check-in instructions, but one lockbox was empty and the code for the second lockbox did not work. The property management did not answer phone calls or messages, leaving me with no way to access the apartment. After waiting and trying every possible option, I had to book a nearby hotel at my own expense. Even after providing the details, the property refused to issue a refund. This was a very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable for any accommodation provider.
