Disliked The worst place we stayed. No air cond. No wifi. The coach was bad. No TV. In total the room we got was worst. The housekeepers was not friendly. We are paying money, not free. So we as customers, we demand what we want. Please work on this. If not you will receive more bad reviews. Useless!!

Very poor communication

Disliked The property told me that there was an after hours number I could contact so I could check in late. That was not the case, I ended up sleeping in the reception for 3hours after a flight, I had already paid for the previous 2 nights so a stay of 3 nights and only in a bed for 1. The communication was very poor and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming in on a late flight. If I had known nobody would be there after hours I would’ve booked somewhere else. Waste of time and money for me unfortunately

Disliked Bathrooms fill with bugs,water on bathrooms floor not drain properly,floor sticky,rooms condition not as per advertised.Cleaniness is bad.Request to change room but cannot facilitate.

Liked Location is good. Right next to TNB. Had some issue to settle in TNB so it's convenient. Room is okay for short stay. They have mamak downstairs at the lobby.
