Liked Sofa: The sofa has a horrible smell and many stains. Needs deep cleaning and possible replacement. TV: The TV is not working due to an old remote. A new remote is needed for proper functionality. Trash Bags: No extra trash bags were provided. A supply of extra bags should be made available for guests. Oven: There is no oven, which may be inconvenient for guests who want to cook. Toilet: The toilet is old and shows wear, although it is functional. Consider updating or renovating for a more pleasant appearance. Bedroom Door: The door to the first bedroom is damaged and needs repair or replacement. House Condition: The house has many damages that may cause guests to worry about responsibility for them, even though the damage isn't their fault. Safety Hazards: There are several safety hazards, such as a bedroom light that may fall. Immediate repair is needed to avoid any risk of injury. Windows: The windows don’t lock properly. They can be opened even when locked, posing a security risk, especially with children around. They need to be repaired or replaced. Utensils: Some utensils were dirty and need proper cleaning before being used by guests. What Guests

Disliked Booking was easy, and the deposit process was straightforward. Communication through WhatsApp and the Touch 'n Go app for sending the deposit was seamless, and the deposit amount was affordable. The owner is super nice, and we really enjoyed their communication. We never felt unwelcome. They were quick to respond when we requested a trash bag. Property and Facilities: While the floor didn’t have a rubbish chute, we had to bring our trash down ourselves. However, there is a Nasi Kandar shop near the condo that you should definitely check out – the rice there is absolutely delicious! The staff at the condo are incredibly nice, and you won’t find this level of hospitality elsewhere. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. There is also a mini-mart on the 7th floor where you can buy trash bags or soap, and there’s a gym too. Building Condition: The building itself may look a bit unpleasant on the outside, but the pool area is nice and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, and the amenities provided make the experience enjoyable despite the building’s appearance.
