Liked Very clean

Liked The apartment has an unpleasant smell, similar to a sewage/drainage smell. Some of the floor tiles also appear to be loose and may break, which could pose a safety hazard. In addition, some of the chairs are already damaged and are in poor condition. I would appreciate it if these issues could be inspected and repaired/replaced as soon as possible.

Disliked Please use clip for curtain instead of pin/needle. My hand n my kids finger got needle pinch ed when we tried to slide the curtain. It was pinned in between the curtain.
