Terrible

Disliked Cockroach’s all over bathroom n kitchen. Was to stay a wk, but only got into room at 5pm and spent next day looking for somewhere else to stay. Left the next am. Had no refund!??? Booking. Com very disappointing with recovery of my payment and owner refusing any responsibility to refund. Still waiting on booking. Com to refund as place unliveable!!??😡😡

Liked The location was great, at the middle of KL, that was accessible and very closed to other locations. The size was perfect for a family stay or with friends. The property owner was reachable and helpful at anytime even at the late night. There was also mamak at ground level just beside the building if youre hungry at the middle of night. Other facilities was good, got fridge, water heater for shower, aircond, wifi, kitchen utensils, towels and iron provided, etc.

Liked The host was really helpful and easy to communicate with. The place looks recently refurbished or nicely touched up, clean and comfortable. Location is super convenient - close to everything I needed.

Liked Good location for sight seeing but there is a construction site beside so noisy

Disliked Broken furniture everywhere! Double bed broken base, living room couch unusable, broken sink tap, washing machine flooded kitchen , broken bedside lockers , no toilet paper no water no coffee and when contacted the person didn’t care less! I requested a refund or part refund as apartment wasn’t fit for purpose.. no answer! Have stayed in near 50 properties in last 3 months and this was worst!
