Good service, good location, bad housekeeping ethics
Liked Food is good, location is good
Disliked I lost my ring, and i found it in housekeeping trashbag. Im put it on the table with my other belonging, and my brother are inside the hotel while the housekeeper cleaning the room. This is very unsafe, unsecured, dishonest service by the housekeeper. I just find out that the housekeeper just got a warning instead proper implication of misconduct.

Liked The property has a nice sea view gym and comfortable room.
Disliked Hotel Lobby has no air cond, there is no convenience store in the property. The room pillow was kinda flat.

Great value, great service, worth the value
Liked First impression is when I enter the lobby, it smell so calming and so nice. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I can also choose my pillow, I normally hv neck pain with normal pillows, and the 2nd day I asked for contour pillow, I slept very well. They also provide WhatsApp chat so it was very easy to ask for anything from the hotel and the staffs always are very responsive. The area is pretty quiet so if you want some peaceful time, this is a good hotel to choose but also there’s no restaurants nearby so you have to drive or order grab. And what I love is also free parking which you will never get in KL! My room is also very spacious.
Disliked The downside is check in was quite slow because of the queue
