Liked Spacious rooms with facilities in good working order. Attentive PR who constantly seeks for feedback, and very prompt housekeeping service when we requested for special pillows.
Disliked Service was excellent on the whole, but experience was marred by a rather unpleasant incident on checkout when we asked for luggage storage service. On returning from our lunch to retrieve our luggage, we were rather upset with the way the staff member dragged our bags on the floor instead of carrying them.

Will always be my hotel to stay on my every visit to melacca
Liked The breakfast of course with the spread of Asia food and very tasty all. The size of room and cleanliness always the comfortable bed mattress n pillow but of course not forgetting the front desk duty manager serving me on that the day and my previous visit in may this year. Also the valet keep up the good work
