DOUBLE DELUXE APARTMENT AT BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE kL

Good

I will never use Booking.com again

Disliked Scam, dirty and broken room , Booking.com advertising with fake photos of room

Not satisfied 😔, key is broken, bad service and manners

Liked My husband said nothing is satisfied

Disliked Key is broken without notice, asking for deposit without notice after booking. The place was smelling sting and not clean. The place is old and dirty without cleaning not as show in the photo that is lying to customer. No toilet papers

Convenient location to explore KL for the first time

Liked Easy access to the main KL attractions. Convenient that a grocery and other restaurants were in the complex

Disliked Need to update the room. Smell of cigarette smoke when we walked in. Noticed a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen area
