Dou Houz Georgetown

Liked Social area, kitchen and other people there were great. Straight forward self check-in but some longer term guests happy to guide if needed. Proper usable kitchen with table and chairs to eat at. Most sociable place we've stayed at in ages.

Disliked The rooms were very claustrophobic for us as it was very tight despite being split on 2 levels. The double bed downstairs wasn't even level and overhung the makeshift bed base for it to fit! It was comfortable enough for 2 nights. No natural light and it smelled stale.

Disliked I was given room 6. The bed is worn out . The matress was in a worst condition. The springs were gone and I keep sliding down. No space to move. I hit the staircase several times during my stay. No cleaning or change of linen were done during my 6 night stay.

Disliked The bedding had a lot of stains on it. The pillows were really worn out and looked musty The bathroom was dirty and smelled The toilet seat was broken The floors had clearly not been cleaned or hoovered The bed downstairs was sloped Not social

my family love it..the guest room fit for 5 adult..the location and food spot near from our stay👍
