Bad ODOUR issue is not solved yet. Ask them before you book or pay for this unit
Liked The pool was excellent. Staff were helpful Good value for number of beds sleeping area compared to paying for other hotels like sri malaysia etc. But thw ODOUR issue is unacceptable
Disliked Not the fault of the owners, but it neess to be said. If you're a family with a baby, this unit is probably not suitable for you. 1. Smoke /cigarettes smell when you turn on the aircon. Perhaps from the other people's balconys 2. BAD ODOUR in the toilet. If you have strong sense of smell, you might feel like gagging or vomitting. It is from the shower drainage. REALLY BAD. I've informed the owner and apparently they are aware of this and have teied everything to solve it. Raymond, I'm sorry i havr to give low rating for this due to: 1. You even asked whether theres anybissue with the unit, when you heard before from other guests that the odour was really bad. 2. We discussed very nicely about this, and although i understand the struggles of you as an owner, it would be common courtesy to offer IF EVEN just a smalk discount if you could empathize what it feels like when youve paid for an accommodation, and then you find out the room is bad. AND you dont have the option of changing rooms. It almoat feels like being scammed.
