Liked Overall dated property but location is great!
Disliked The microwave, fridge did not work and the kettle had to be replaced. The wallpaper was peeeling in most places and the bathroom was older and could use a redo.
Liked spacious and clean
Disliked Very limited parking
Liked BEWARE! Do not book via this provider (a private company named Rainteee) . If you want to stay here, book directly with Dorsett. Raintree is unprofessional. I booked two unit of two-bedroom and on the check in day(an hour before 3 pm check in ) I was notified that they only have one bedroom apartments and if I do not take it, they can refund. This left me in a limbo as we are a family of 7 and will be hard to find a substitute at such last minute. We were also told that they will check about refund due to a downgrade but never hear back from them. This is clearly a fraud and they are set out to cheat you. Also although they said check in is 3pm, it’s closer to 5pm when the keys are available. This is absolutely an inconvenience when we have young children with us! I would say all in all HORRIBLE experience and TERRIBLE service from the staff. Will never book via them!
Disliked If you are up for a SCAM and bad service, please go ahead.
