Liked Had a really good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff Liyana were especially helpful and friendly — always ready to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Liked Stayed there for 1 night, on Merdeka eve. Check-in: The queue for check-in was long but the staff handled it well and check-in was smooth. There was a welcome drink and candy for kids as well. One year later, further decline

Liked Back after a year for a run. Everything I commented last year still there. One major concern/lapse was the lift card access was not working during my stay so basically anyone can go to any floor. Compared to a year before this is a huge security concern. Other than that the service standards have not improved. Restaurant buffet spread was much better I must say. I had also a problem with hot water shower that evening apparently there was a breakdown somewhere but it was fixed an hour or two later. I think I’ll skip this hotel for the next time and try the other nearby hotel as clearly the hotel is on autopilot mode and security is not a concern.
