Dorsett Bukit Bintang Residence by De Space

Great location, comfy room, but need to try your luck for the free parking.

Liked Quick response from the owner despite i booked it quite last minute. Easy retrieval and return of key. Aircon was cold. Had bath tub, which my kids loved it a lot. Walkable distance to Pavilion and Lot 10.

Disliked It was mentioned free parking available. However, it was actually first-come-first-serve basis. Since i arrived in the evening, no free carpark available and I had to park at the public carpark opposite the building. In the end, i decided to pay RM30 for overnight valet parking at Dorsett hotel (basically just parked in front of the hotel lobby).

Liked We had a wonderful time, the apartment was clean, location excellent for shopping and restaurants, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked Maybe some more loungers at the pool, along with some sun umbrellas.

Good value for money & suited our young family. Could be even better if kitchen was fully equipped

Liked The apartment set up suited us as we stayed for 10 days with young children. So the washing machine, two bathrooms & size of apartment were great. We were also only a floor or two apart from the other parties we travelled with which was handy & the view from our apartment was stunning. Easy walking distance to TRX, Fahrenheit & Pavillion shopping centres, food outlets, supermarket & MRT. The pool & view from the pool was nice, could see Petronas Towers etc from there. Housekeeping team came every 2 days & were kind and generous with supplies. 24/7 security at reception so felt very safe

Disliked The apartment wasn’t equipped with enough dishes & cutlery for 4 people. And nothing matched. Only one pot & pan but no lids. We also only had 4 towels on arrival, but got more on request. Pool chairs were few & a bit worn. Bathroom tap needs maintenance as it wouldn’t stay running unless it was held up

Liked The check-in were seamless and the response from the staff was quick and helpful. Smart TV was available

Disliked 1. Wooden tiling on the bedroom was worn off and degrading due to previous water damage - impose a danger on little children or adult feet if not noticed as the wood may have little pricks or carry some infection. 2. Both beds were not really that comfortable, there were two single bed to make a large bed, which there was an awkward space in the middle 3. There were smudges at the toilet and flooring in general

Liked Great stay, very spacious apartment with terrific views of KL. The concierge staff were very friendly too.
