Liked Mr Fawad’s helpfulness with bags, laundry. Gym (when the AC worked on day 1; it didn’t work on day 2) and the view east from the pool, nearby mall

Disliked No AC / little sleep, brown tap water, empty white walls, diluted shower gel, spotty WiFi, no fridge, hair dryer plug incompatible with wall socket, slow elevators,

Liked The location was good, apt was fairly clean

Disliked Don't like surprise extra fees not being told in advance nor what it is for especiallyif you have to pay cash. Don't like the attendant saying no deposit if you had paid a deposit. They need to keep that info. Was only bad thing but keeps in the memory.

Disliked The staff handling the check in/out. And how the price changed during booking and when payment. Really a scam job

Liked The location walking distance to mrt and Petrona Tower. Staff who bring us up is amazing sorry forgot his name.
