Dim Sum Homestay

Terrible and not at all happy.

Liked Nothing. We didn’t stay and we moved to better accommodation.

Disliked Mosquitoes and other bugs and it didn’t present as per the website. Outside particularly was nothing like the pics. Very steep concrete stairs and when we went out we were locked out by whoever else was in the property. No glasses in kitchen, only mugs. Bathroom definitely not as presented and second bathroom just a toilet with shower over it. Very disappointed.

Excellent location and Enjoyable stay

Liked Very clean. Had water dispensers. Big space. 2 toilets. Good quality toilet rolls. Near all the dim sum places and massage places.

Disliked My recent 2 days stay at Tim sum homestay in Ipoh was a total disappointment. Although the appartment size was adequate, albeit a little run down. The biggest disappointment was the WiFi that was non existence despite numerous messages sent to the contact for rectification. It remained so for the rest of our stay and no positive action was taken. In addition, the surrounding environment was quite noisy unsuitable for a quiet and peaceful stay. I would not recommend this place for visitors to Ipoh.

Goody Good

Liked Goody good as expected. Raymond was responsive & helpful.

Disliked •Kitchen sink tap may change to stainless steel instead of plastic to avoid breaking easily. •Alum windows can improve with sealing/soundproof tape to avoid noise from outside.

The stay was enjoyable and in a great location for an Ipoh visit. Well suited for a family stay

Liked Location was great. Apartment was spacious and clean. Hosts were friendly.

Disliked First story location meant there was considerable street traffic noise.
