Good facilities, but needs better maintenance

Liked The location is perfect since near the beach. The unit faces the sea. Love the pool also. Overall facilities are all great.

Disliked The sofa bed is broken and probably needs to be replaced. It could be dangerous especially for children. And now there is currently construction work right next to this unit. So can get quite noisy and it affects the peaceful atmosphere.

Liked Great beachfront stay with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities like the pool and gym are well maintained. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in Kuantan.

Liked Security at the gate was well mannered, very polite and courteous. All facilities like washing machine, iron box, beds, towels were available, neatly folded and room well maintained. Access to all facilities were available. Beach was cool. Check in and out was very easy and smooth. Nice view from level 8
