Average stay. Apartment was old and compound not kept well, hard to navigate from main floor to apartment.

Liked Main bedroom - aircon not working well, no toilet paper, hot water not working

Disliked WhatsApp was the form of communication - instructing how to get to the flat. However, I was also asked to send RM200 as deposit (through bank transfer) and a copy of my passport/IC. This is not acceptable as this is not agreed on booking.com prior to booking and owner should not be asking for personal particulars. PDPA regulations and fear of scams.

Liked The hospitality of the staff, clear & easy instructions for chk in/out. Easy access and all electronic items functioned.
