High rise, Suprise!

Liked after being warned about all the scams involving accommodation in KL, l was pleasantly surprised at how nice this apartment block was. Easy transaction with the owner, clean and all amenities, added bonus with the the gym, pool and sauna included.

Liked Location: Riveria City very near & walkable to Tun Sambanthan Monorail and its next station is KL Sentral so, convenient Facilities: pool (top floor) while gym, sauna, multipurpose room & etc (lift/accessible via stairs near outdoor shower on top floor) Cleanliness: clean & neat View: corner room got the city view & graveyard Hospitality: wonderful. friendly & easygoing

Disliked Lift inefficient, takes too long so plan your schedule accordingly Toilet & shower ventilation should be improved both in room & public area
