Unpleasant stay, wasted time on check in, place not well maintained. Disappointed.

Disliked Management needs to improve. We rented 1 unit apartment but were wrongly given 2 sets of keys to 2 different units. Using the wrong key we almost entered an apartment which is already occupied. Apparently the management use the same passwords. Maintenance is not up to mark - the toilet seat and the cover was loose. The tap water filter looks like it had not been cleaned for years. Additionally the host provide only one pillow for each occupant. It is self check in and if you have any difficulties, I have the impression they are reluctant or not willing to come to resolve for you immediately.
