Pleasant but I don’t think I will stay there again

Liked The place was clean and nice

Disliked Very near airport T2 and noisy as planes passed at least 2x an hour. This fact was not mentioned in listing. Also WIFI was super slooowweee.

Liked The large swimming pool was great, shame there were far too few chair to leave your belongings. The location was really good, close to the airport which was why we booked it. The block of apartments had left luggage, helpful if you are taking trips to other parts of Borneo, however when I specifically asked if this facility was available prior to arriving, I didn’t receive any reply.

Disliked Check in was terrible, we were not sent check-in instructions before arriving and did not have phone reception. Luckily the hotel next door were kind enough to let us use their data. I felt like the messages from the host were pretty unfriendly. The only friendly and helpful people were the security guards

I will stay again for the next trip

Liked I love the room it's comfy ..you get all the facilities needed there ..good location and the view also very nice from the room

Liked Washing machine working properly and the bin area also very convenient

Good value for money with a great space

Liked Great size of room with access to a nice pool on the roof. Staff via WhatsApp are great at replying. Very useful having a washing machine.

Disliked Could have provided hand towels. Also there was an iron but no ironing board. Having a washing machine is great, but there was no drying rack for clothes so you have to hang clothes of chairs to dry etc. Wall behind the tv should be repainted as it looks like there was damp or mould.
