Disliked I'm ok with just one access card per room but not ok when I was separated with my room partner (who holding the card) and ask for staf manning the recep counter to help me, answer given, " Cannot, sir, we do not have spare card". Because of this silly reason, this giing to be my (and my team) last stay at this hotel.
Liked Almost everything, value for money. Simple but good/effective breakfast. Strategically located in heart of Butterworth.
Disliked Generally ok but corridors need upgrading/renovate
Liked Generally satisfactory ie room clean & comfortable although air-con was a bit noisy.
Disliked Price paid through booking.com was higher than the hotel printed promotional rate, felt disappointed No food shops within walking distance of the hotel so had to go out by car

Disliked Maybe breakfast can be better
