Dissatisfied with the unit. Total rip off

Disliked Apartment was dirty with full of insects on the wall. Under the sofa and bed has rubbish And dusty. One of the toilet no hot water. No shampoo. Main door to condo not in good condition, very hard to open and close. Worst part, while opening the key broke into half. And it was 6pm and when I texted the person in charge to ask for replacement key, she mentioned all staff has gone back thus we didn't get the replacement key. And this prevented us to even go out coz we cannot lock the door and exposed us to theft and burglary. And they refused to refund my rm100 deposit stating they need to replace key. The key broke is beyond our control coz of the door. And key replacement don't even need to ne rm100. I can redo a key for them for less than rm10. This is a total rip off. I would not even recommend this unit to anyone. The moment I stepped inside with all the insects on the wall, I was pissed bt I didn't complain till the u refundable deposit. Our vacation was ruined because of this
