Disliked My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The television was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the internet connection throughout the stay was very slow. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable, as I found cockroaches inside. The bed and pillows also had an unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable. I initially booked the room at RM113, but upon check-out I was charged RM222 without a clear explanation, which was very concerning. In addition, the room did not match the advertised description the view overlooked the highway rather than the sea. The sofa was damaged and worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt more like a 2-star hotel than what was advertised. Overall, this stay did not provide value for the price paid. I hope the management will address these issues seriously, improve room maintenance and cleanliness, and provide greater transparency regarding pricing to avoid disappointing future guests.
