Disliked AirCon didn't work properly. One light was damaged, toilet floor was wet and basin blocked. No wifi in the room.

Disliked I made earlier booking reservation a few days ago, but when I arrived at the place, I was told that the room you had booked had been given to someone else. I was forced to take another room. I am not at all satisfied with the service of Booking.com.
