D'Summit Tropika - 2 Rooms 4 Pax, Free Parking

Good

Liked Easy excess to else where.

Pleasant

Liked easy access

Disliked Found the basin in washroom is stuck, water can't flow out during check in. But the customer service response that they will send the technician to repair it after we checked out instead of fixing it immediately. Our stay were 3 nights, this is ridiculous.

Good

Liked Comfortable bed and place is near highway.

Disliked Indicated free Netflix but NO Netflix. Cleanliness needs to improve as there are obvious dust at the windows curtain area. Hairs could be seen on the flooring and toilet. Obvious stains could be seen in the sink.

Liked the location, the amenities in the apartment such as the massive tv, the hairdryer and the air fryer. the security of the place was top notch. everything in the apartment is provide, can wash clothes and has a rack to dry. everything is great.

Disliked cars hard to enter the parking lot because have no rfid. but nothing else.
