A decent stay

Liked A very comfortable and spacious homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was responsive.

Disliked During the key collection, we needed an access card to enter the lockbox area. However, based on the instruction given, we need to ask the security guard to help us access the area, but there was no security guard available at the time. We had to wait for quite some time until another resident arrived and used their access card to enter the area, allowing us to access the lockbox and collect the keys. The air conditioning was quite weak and not cold enough, even after lowering the temperature from the initial 24°C to 16°C. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low.

Disliked After check in there are details rules required such as deposit required and will only return after 48 hours. This was not specifically made known during booking. Not to bad and acceptable. However, two access card provided to use the lift and both do not work. This cause much problem to access the property and the card park. Fortunately only 3 of us and none of us has any problem with mobility. The cards are either damage or the owner miss the maintenance fee and the cards are blocked by the JMB. Most probably the latter. The owner try to resolve the problem before check in but due to eid holiday period the JMB office is closed. Nonetheless the owner did not provide any other option. The only reason I continue with the booking is due to the property location close where I need to be. The property is cleaned and all facilities inside the property is in good working oder.
