Disliked Upon check-in, I encountered multiple issues: the door was unable to close properly, there was no water from the sink, and there was a loud noise from the pump. We reported the water issue to the staff, but they only responded with an apology for the inconvenience without resolving the problem. The room also very dusty.

Disliked The sheet were durtier then all accommodation we had in Malaysia even worst than the dorms in the jungle in east Malesia.... And was the most expensive accommodation we had in Malesia.
