Liked The property had good amenities. (Only the pool and gym). I also like how it was mostly secured (need private card keys on the lifts).

Disliked First of all, the cleaning staff only focuses on the outer cleanliness appearance of the hotel. During our week and half long stay, they never did any housekeeping, which is the first time I’ve experienced this. It would’ve been appreciated if they could’ve changed out our sheets or towels during the stay. We couldn’t request for more of anything. No towels, pillows, blankets, nothing. There were also BUGS. So many of them. We each got a few bug bites from the stay, even though we were gone everyday and really only stayed during the night time. The pipes in the shower and toilet room are leaky. The outlets are hard to plug. Also, during check out we communicated with the staff the time we wanted to check out by after being asked, but we had to wait on them to show up almost half an hour later. This made us have to rush to the airport later than planned. It was a problem because our security deposit was in cash so we were waiting on that back.
