Liked Excellent wifi and proximity to shopping malls and mrt. Fast checkout.
Check in was frustrating. I booked the superior queen room but was given the standard queen room. Showed them the pictures posted on Expedia website but they insisted they had given me the superior queen. Finally they gave me one that looked closer to the room I booked.
The aircon compressors outside made a continuous loud noise as long as the aircon was on. Renovation was going on outside my door - not a pleasant experience at all.

Liked The room displayed on website not in accordance with actual conditions. I felt like being cheated by the promotion given. Please have a look into room 129 and provide an essential renovation immediately

Liked The TV should be flat screen & need more variety of channel. No mineral water provided! This is bad.
