DO NOT book if you're SGean.

Disliked If you're a Singaporean. DO NOT book this. They will drag on refunding your deposit. They will have minimal interaction and will not give you a proper update on when the deposit would be refunded. I have to book 2 units (1 booking) for 13 pax. They had asked to make a deposit payment of 80SGD. After which they said they needed me to make a 2nd deposit for the 2nd unit. Which I also did. Once I had checked out, they had refunded the deposit for only 1 unit. While the WhatsApp group was active, after my stay the responsiveness was intermittent. Even during the stay, they were not keen on acknowledging the defects in the apartment - leaking kitchen pipe, bugs on curtains etc. They said they would get their team to visit the unit. But no one came. I wouldn't be booking from them again. I've had to message them multiple times and the customer service is atrocious. I was given multiple numbers to contact with regards to my concerns. 1 of them left me on read. Another one blocked me. I had to call the number provided on booking.com to Gilbert. I sincerely thank Gilbert for his assistance.

These is my second stay in these D' esplanade. So fast so good.

Liked Near by to the area I like to go shopping and Makan..eg seafood...Chinese food... Malaysia food... street food... So fast so 👍 Good 👍.

Disliked The room pillows too soft...I can't sleep well that night. 😂
