Disliked Disappointed with the overall experience This was, unfortunately, my first bad experience using Booking.com after many years. The parking instructions provided were unclear and confusing, and the worst part was the door lock malfunctioning leaving us stranded outside the unit for almost an hour. While I appreciate that the PIC was responsive and tried to help by relocating us to another unit, the alternative arrangements were not ideal. The replacement homestays could only accommodate 2 people, even though our original booking was for 5 pax. Since we had children with us, we ended up squeezing into one house. The PIC tried to resolve it by moving a queen bed from the other unit to ours, but this last minute rearrangement at such a late hour was very inconvenient and stressful. I hope the host improves their check-in process, especially for late arrivals, and ensures that the property facilities (especially the lock) are in proper working order for future guests.

Disliked 1) access instruction were confusing with typos and wrong unit number, wrong direction. 2) Long wait for the elevator from the basement to reach 2nd floor to get the key 3) The bathroom layout was not practical at all. There is no gap between bedroom floor and bathroom floor (same height) causing water splash easily outside. And no towel provided at the bathroom entrance. 4) the mailbox area for key collection was dark/scary 5) the host didnt answer our calls, except once when we first arrived to ask for access instructions. 6) The bed wasnt properly made like in usual statcation/hotel/motel; the pillow position looked like someone had just used it 7) the bathroom was not properly cleaned/maintained 8) Saw a notice of defaulters in the elevator nearly 100% overdue payment for many months. This reflect poorly on the property’s management 9) the ambience of the corridor felt unwelcoming 10) overall my experience was really out of my expectation.

Disliked Nothing was worth, we didn’t even stayed ! We had to find another place at that late hour! We didn’t received return calls nor even replies by the host. We didn’t even stayed and left immediately due to the environment situation and the house situation! We lost our money just like that!
