Cyberjaya Menara Eclipse Air Con Suite with Garden View Home

as explained above

Liked isolated

Disliked the place does not suit 6 pax. only 3 towels were provided. hot shower in master bedroom not working, one aircon in living hall not working, no proper towel/mat for bathroom. bedsheet dusty. Overall, the unit was not properly maintained and lack of basic facilities.

Liked Nothing!

Disliked The apartment was made available at 19.30! We were waiting in the lobby with babies for more than 2 hours and no one came to help us. We had to beg and wait and then they came to explain a problem with keys or whatever. When we got in, the apartment was not clean. Bed sheets hadn't been changed, bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Only 1 clean towel, there was 6 of us. Only good thing, we stayed for only 1 night, more would have been horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Liked Cleanliness

Disliked Sink in a bathroom did nit drain well

We would stay here again!

Liked We had a great stay here. We loved that we could walk over to the shopping centre where they have lots of good food choices. We also loved the outdoor area, which had lots of shade, a good playground for the kids, and a convenience store. Some other positives were the air-conditioning, washing machine, and a friendly host.

Disliked I was expecting netflix to be included since it was in the pictures but you need your own account to log in. Some cooking facilities were missing, including a pot for cooking pasta.
