Liked The bed is soft, property is big and enough to use. Nice for a family to stay. Heater all working well.

Disliked The access card is visibly broken, and not able to use via security gate 1. Only QR can be use to access so have to constantly ask from the service team on WhatsApp. Action not taken for two days to get a new card. No hair dryer available but it's listed in the facilities, only got it on the second day afternoon. The socket of two single beds room is broken. The air conditioning is not cold and weird smoke coming out from it. The swimming pool water is not visible and not really open for use.

Disliked If you bring old parents, this house is not suitable. They said landed house but it is ground floor town house with many stairs. The mattress is uncomfortable to lay down, remote air cond not functioning. We book and paid for 2 nights. We check it at 11.30 pm and we decided to check out at 5 pm tomorrow after family discussion and find other place to stay. I asked owner for consideration of refund for at least 50% for 2nd night. Emma didnt agree. Deposit paid 300. But the house is not comfortable to stay.
