Disliked Some of ants around the table, no provide mineral water, slightly smells bad on the pillows

Just charge back the card because they're a bunch of liars or claim it on travel insurance.

Liked Some rooms are okay but there are always problems. I've booked this stay 4 times so I know (sadly all done in advance). They'll remove the 200RM deposit if you can prove if you're a foreigner. At least I can stay for free because I've reported this issue to Amex to run a charge back

Disliked Stained sheets, bed bugs, misleading advertising, inconsistent room amenities, things are not working as they should. Host are not very responsive and the check in instructions are very confusing. They only respond if it's convenient to them. I have been injured from the stay because of the bed bugs and the medication side effects to treat it can make you sick. Don't show the host any mercy because they're extremely shameless and they would have repeatedly done this to many other guests. Ignore the high reviews because the locals and people from surrounding countries have very low expectations of stay that's why it was rated highly. I have uploaded photos for proof. Also this is rated as a 4 star accommodation and it's clearly 2 star accommodation at best but more like 1.5 star

Worth the money.

Liked Apartment was in good condition ie clealiness, accessable, convenient and safety was good. Fast response and helpful. Definately will come back.
