Disliked I am very disappointed with my experience. I originally booked a 2-bedroom unit, but at the last minute I was informed that it was no longer available. The only options I was given were a full refund or changing my booking date. Since this was an emergency and I didn’t have time to find another place, I asked if I could at least have a 1-bedroom unit, and they agreed. However, when I arrived, I was given a small studio instead, which was completely different from what I had booked and expected. The room itself was also very disappointing: * The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. * The toilet was very small and didn’t even provide toilet tissue. * The TV couldn’t be used because there was no internet connection. * The cabinets were broken and poorly maintained. I immediately asked if they could change my room or give me a refund because I was not comfortable staying there. Instead of resolving the issue, they only offered me a late check-out, which was useless to me because I had work the next morning and was leaving early anyway. THE WORST HOST!

Liked Nothing, only the place is convenient to stores

Disliked My first room was occupied with another guest, then I had to wait for the host to get me another room for almost 30min! When I entered the room, I noticed towels from previous guests were hanging inside the cupboard unwashed. No wifi, and wanted to connect my mobile network and the so called smart tv cannot detect my network nor any nearby available wifi. Texted the host multiple times in return nothing happened!! So frustrated!! Not even a simple reply from the host!! Very unresponsive!! And after 48 hours from check out, my deposit is still yet to receive. The host is not responding AT ALL!!!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disliked Once arrived, the host / property owner didn't answered my calls..either phone calls or whatsapp calls. I also pm by using Booking.com platform..but no reply. I've also checked with 3 agent receptionist counter..but no registration had been made under my name. After waiting about 2 hours I decided to make new reservation and had to pay RM358.00 including deposit. Very disappointend, I think I have been scammed by the host.

Liked Hi please dont book the stay as they are very poor in communicating when we ask for refund back . The number they provided itself is not theirs
