Liked The guards sgt membantu utk urusan check in and parking.

Disliked We request for official invoice/ receipt for claim purpose. Done submitted the request through booking.com noting to send the receipt via email. But wpun whatsapp to follow up, still didnt get the receipt. Make us difficult to proceed for claim. The answer through whatsapp still instruct us to download directly from booking.com by ourself but we cannot accept the simplify version of payment summary through booking.com only. They still dont want to issue the official receipt.
