Liked This is my second time staying here. My kids love staying here very much because of the view and the facilities. Rooms are so comfortable, feels like at home.. but with a great view. I'll surely come here again if I have to stay in KL.

Disliked The traffic jammed and lack of eating place nearby. The mattress at master bedroom is not very comfortable. The metal frame of the mattress is almost come out.

Disliked Staff not flexible on late checkouts. They must charge for late checkout. And cleaner knocks the door at exact checkout time urging us to leave the unit. We had to keep luggage at reception for a fee. Elevator and corridors are hot
